No Life Tees is an online retailer offering made-to-order apparel and accessories. Throughout these Terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to No Life Tees.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products

All of our products are made to order. While we make every effort to display product colours and designs accurately, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
As each item is produced individually, minor variations in print placement, colour and garment measurements may occur.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

5. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised.

• Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed due to an error.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Shipping

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Customs processing

• Severe weather

• Industrial action

• Other events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by their country.

8. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect size selections.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

All artwork, logos, graphics, website content, product descriptions and branding displayed on this website are the property of No Life Tees or are used under licence where applicable.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any content from this website without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable Use
