At No Life Tees, every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
 

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and the packaging
   

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide either:
 

• A free replacement, or

• A full refund to your original payment method.
   

In most cases, we do not require damaged or incorrectly printed items to be returned.

Change of Mind

As all products are printed to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
 

• Change of mind

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong colour

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
   

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate. If your order is confirmed as lost, we'll arrange a replacement or refund
